Connolly seeks Dem nod for Governor


EAST HARTFORD — An East Hartford native with a long military career but with little campaign experience is joining the lengthy list of candidates who want to call 990 Prospect Ave. in Hartford their next address.

Sean Connolly, a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve and a former commissioner of the state Department of Veterans Affairs, is expected to announce in Hebron on Tuesday that he’ll seek the Democratic nomination for governor.
